Ordering Process

  • You may place your order directly through our website (https://www.ardor.sg/). You may contact us via Whatsapp (+65 8495 3239) for urgent orders within the same day. Our friendly team will assist you promptly.

  • Yes, you are welcome to walk in and place your order at the shop. Nevertheless, bookings are preferred to avoid disappointment for items that may be out-of-stock. We highly recommend placing your order in advance for a seamless pick-up.

  • We open up ordering slots for the upcoming two weeks every Monday.

    Example: You may place your order and choose a self-collection date between 1st and 14th of the month starting from 1st of the month. Similarly, on the 7th of the month, you may place your order for self-collection dates up to the 21st of the month. We hope this arrangement gives you sufficient time to plan and secure your preferred collection date.

  • If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as you can via WhatsApp at (+65 8495 3239) with the following information:

    • Order number

    • Change request

    While we will do our best to accommodate your request, please note that requests for amendments are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation message from us. We also seek your kind understanding that changes cannot be made within 24 hours of the collection date.

  • Do contact us directly via Whatsapp (+65 8495 3239), and we will check if we can fulfill your request.

  • Our online order cut-off time is 2pm the day before your desired collection date. If you wish to request a same-day collection, please contact us via WhatsApp at (+65 8495 3239) to check on availability.

Collections and Deliveries

    Self-Collection:

    Upon reaching the drop-off point, proceed through the main lobby and turn right before reaching the stairs or escalators. Our unit is directly opposite, in the adjacent row. Please note that pick-up is available only between 11am and 5pm daily.

    3rd Party Pick-Up:

    If you plan to engage a third-party logistics company to pick up your order, please kindly inform the delivery personnel of your name and order number beforehand. Pick-up timing remains between 11am and 5pm daily.

  • Please inform us as soon as you can via Whatsapp (+65 8495 3239), and we will arrange an alternative pick-up date and time that is suitable for you.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • We understand plans change. While we do not allow cancellations, you can reschedule your pick-up or choose a different cake. Let us know your preferred date or cake flavour, and we'll be happy to make the necessary arrangements.

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges once they have been collected. However, please contact us if you have any concerns with your order and our friendly team will be happy to assist you.

Dietary Requirements

  • All our products contain eggs, gluten, dairy, and nuts. Unfortunately, we are unable to remove or substitute these ingredients in our cakes. We appreciate your kind understanding in this matter.

  • Ardor is not halal certified. We do not use pork and/or lard in our kitchen.

  • Our cakes contain dairy, eggs, and gelatin from fish sources, so they may not be suitable for our vegetarian friends.

  • Some of our cakes may contain alcohol which we will not be able to omit. You may refer to the cake description or Whatsapp (+65 8495 3239) us for more details. We’ll be happy to assist you!

  • At Ardor, our cakes are meticulously crafted using our signature and refined recipe. Unfortunately, we are unable to make alterations to the original recipe as it will affect the texture of our cakes.

Storage and Consumption

  • All products are recommended to be kept refrigerated as soon as you can upon collection. Our cakes are best enjoyed within 3 days.

The Little Extras and Customisation

  • Yes, we do provide one complimentary candle per cake order.

  • We currently do not offer customisation on our cakes. However, you may request a complimentary card upon placing your order, where you can write your heartfelt messages and well wishes for your loved ones!

  • We currently do not offer customisation for special designs on our cakes.
