Terms & Conditions

Orders
Availability: All items are baked in small batches. Adding a product to cart does not guarantee stock.
Cut‑off: Orders must be placed by 5 PM one day before the requested delivery or collection date. Custom/promotional items may require more notice — see product page.
Acceptance: Your order is confirmed only after payment is received and you receive our “Order Confirmation” email.
Changes: See §5.1 for amendment rules. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with a full refund if circumstances require.

Prices & Payments
Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of prevailing GST unless stated otherwise.
Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, PayNow and any options shown at checkout.
Discounts, promo codes and offers cannot be applied retrospectively or stacked unless explicitly allowed.

Delivery & Collection

Flexible Delivery: 11 am – 7 pm $12

Specific Delivery: 11 am – 2 pm or 4 pm – 7 pm $16

Self‑Collection: 11 am – 5 pm FREE

We are closed on Mondays.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the cake — couriers wait max 10 minutes.

Failed delivery returns to Ardor. Re‑delivery incurs a fresh fee and is subject to slot availability.

Title and risk pass to you on successful delivery/collection.

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (traffic, weather, road closures, etc.).

Storage & Allergens
All cakes are hand‑finished; slight variations in colour and design are normal.
Keep cakes refrigerated (4 °C) and consume within the recommended period on the product card.
Our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs & soy. We cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens.

Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the scheduled delivery/collection time is still at least 24 hours away.

Orders placed fewer than 24 hours before the requested delivery/collection time are final and non‑refundable.

Quality Issues
Email hello@ardor.sg with photos within 1 hour of receiving the cake. Valid claims may be resolved via replacement, partial refund or credit, at our discretion.

Intellectual Property
All recipes, photos, copy and logos are owned by Ardor SG. Reproduction or use without written consent is prohibited.

Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as missed celebrations.

Terms and Disputes

Ardor shall reserve the right to amend or modify these terms at any time, without giving prior notice.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to Ardor, Ardor reserves the right to make the final decision, and such decision shall be binding on all parties.
