Handcrafted in small batches and glazed in a soft shade of pink with white marble, Eden is as beautiful as it is meaningful for it's timelessness, resilience, and quiet extraordinaire.  Beneath its delicate exterior lies a thoughtfully composed entremet: a crunchy ruby feuilletine base that yields to a tender strawberry sponge, a jewelled lychee purée with apple confit, and a cloud-light osmanthus yoghurt mousse that lingers with every bite.
